What Causes Persistent Pain In Lower Back, Pelvis And Thighs?

I m having pain in my lower back, have been for two weeks. At one point it made my pelvic hurt while walking but went away. Now there s a dull pain on my right side and I can t bend backward. Also pain down back of my thighs down pass my knees. I also notice my left knee is stiff.
