What Causes Persistent Pain In Lower Back?

I have had a lot of pain in my lower back more up toward my kidney for about 3 weeks.i thought it was a pulled muscle have been taking advil liquidgel about 1 or 2 every 2 days. ive iced it and still not going away hurts when I move just rite or when I get up.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be renal related pain but this could be muscular pain may be due to poor posture and nay analgesic can be used, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
