What Causes Persistent Pain In Lower Right Abdomen?

as a couple we are thinking to have a child. Since we are trying from couple of years, still didn t fetch success. Recently I have noticed pain in my lower right abdomen. It s mild pain persists frequently. Is there any disorder related to my seminal system I.e.ejaculating duct/retrograde ejaculation? What tests should I conduct for any such analysis?

Hi welcome to HCM...

You are having right side lower abdomen pain....

If seminal vesicle infection present than there will be burning micturition , frequency of urination like symptoms present.
So it is not most likely here. ..

Your physical examination has to be done along with palpation of that area. ...
Subacute appendicitis , colitis like inflammatory condition can be there ...

Investigation done with ....
/CBC
/CRP
/USG abdomen etc ...

According to cause further management guided ...

Meanwhile take low fat semisolid diet with more water and fruits ....
Fiber diet taken more like whole grain , wheat bran etc....
