What Causes Persistent Pain In Right Side Of Abdomen?

Hello, I have questions/concerns about a condition i might have, back in late august i started having severe pain in my right side abdomen. after 3/4 months i was diagnosed with gallstones, and had it removed in December. 2 days after surgery i had a severe attack and couldn t breath, was back in the hospital for 2 days, my ALT was 345 but my amylase/lipase was normal since then I ve had a HITA scan a endoscopic ultrasound done but results are normal but I m still having pain in the right side and when it gets worse it affects my back lower scapula area, I m always aware of the pain and when I m working i sweat 10x more then i did before this entire Incident. i also have Diarrhea majority of time to this day, is it possible i might have SoD? and is there treatment besides cutting the muscle that may help with the Muscle
