What Causes Persistent Pain In Shoulder?

Hello, A month ago I had pain in my left shoulder and now I can hardly reach behind my back without pain. I can lift it over my head but not straight up nor can I pull my clothing up without pain but once returned to it s correct position the pain seems to go away. Not sure what is going on.

HI
Well come to HCM
Such pain may be due to shoulder joint arthritic changes, some time associated with muscular spasm and this can be best managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac, and Acetaminophen" once in day try to maintain good posture, but some how investigation may needed for right diagnosis with clinical examination, and for that you have to consult orthopedic surgeon, hope this information helps, take care.
