What Causes Persistent Pain In Testicles And Swelling In Foot?

My dad was hanging curtains three or four years ago and fell then itchy dry spot appeared on left leg size of saucer plate red and dry back and hip pain three back surgeries left testical always hurting over last few years now left foot swelling not sure if any are related worried about dad any suggestions

Hi, swelling in one side of foot may be due to obstruction in the blood flow in the veins or it may be due to filariasis. Testicle pain may be specific to injury or may be non specific. Get your father examined so that the exact diagnosis may be made.
