What Causes Persistent Pain In Testicles?
for more than 13 years i, oladele emmanuel oladiran have been having problem with my testicle. have been having pains but later i was later told that their is fluid in my scrutom. what should i do. secondly can fluid or sperm outside the testicle cause the pain if yes what can cause it. what can be the effect of the sperm on the body if it remain their. then what is the solution to my problem

1.If there is pain in the testicles - you can take diclofenac sodium tablets for pain relief.
2.But it is persistent and repeating - it could be epididymo-orchitis which needs a course of antibiotics.
3. Hydrocele - is collection of the fluid in the sac surround to the testicles.
4. It can be said if the size is increased. But ultrasound examination will give definitive diagnosis of both epididymo-orchitis and hydrocele.
5.So i would recommend to get it done if it is possible for you. Finally what you said sperm out side - there no possibilities, that concept does not work in that way.
