What Causes Persistent Pain In The Arm And Chest?

Hello doc, I went through an angio gram last year and found out that I have mild branch vessel disease. So on medical management. But recently I am having pain in my left arm and chest now and then. Did my txt test as well. Report says negative for indusable eschemeia . I am a singer. Been busy singing in concerts last one month traveling different countries. What should I do for the pain.

Thanks for posting on HCM
The pain in arm and chest is probably due to your activities and movements.I will suggest you take a short break and rest.If the pain too intense, you may take a pain drug like ibuprofen.You may also continue with your drugs for mild branch vessel disease and see a Cardiologist occasionally for evaluation.With the present symptom, stress from your activity is the mostly cause even though the pain may as well be linked to your past history of vessel disease.
Just take a rest and observe.If the pain persists, you see your Doctor for evaluation
