Hello,

I need to know since when are you smoking cigarettes, if you have any sort of fever along with your these symptoms. Where exactly are you having chest pain? Is it associated with coughing? Do you have any palpitations along with it?

It could be due to lung inflammation and heart as well. I suggest you to go to your doctor for your complete checkup and treatment. You might need an ECG and X-ray chest as well. You can take over the counter NSAIDs for symptomatic pain relief till your consultation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
