What Causes Persistent Pain In The Chest?

Hello I have been experiencing pain in my chest area, im not completely sure if its my heart or my breasts, but i also often feel that my sternum feels uncomfortable, i guess the best way i can describe it is that it feels like it doesnt want to move, and it feels like i have to stretch it to fix the problem, but no matter what i do, the pain never goes, and this has been happening for quite a while.

Persistant pain in chest behind chest bone(sternum)can be due to Weakness in bone or some breathing problem or heart problem.
Having it over some time.. it needs due care in time. Please consult your Family physician.
Avoid exertion till then.
