What Causes Persistent Pain In The Heal Of Left Foot?
Hello, I have constant sever heal pain in my left foot, even lying down at night the pain can be very bad. I do wear corrective foot wear currently. I am a larger male 48 6 5 280lb played a lot of sports are very active everyday as I am a contractor.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent pain in the heal of left foot . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query heel spurs , plantar fasciitis , excessive pronation andachilles tendinitis . I would suggest you to take rest for few days , put your feet in hot water tub with one spoon of salt in it for 15 minutes daily and do not walk bare foot . Consult podiatrist for proper examination . Doctor may examine physically or order x-ray to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , anti inflammatory along with ortho shoe . Doctor may also recommend surgery in some cases .
