Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
So, I have had some pain. About 3 am it woke me up and it kept me awake, what I thought was the right side of my left shoulder blade, but inside not outside skin type pain. I went to the Chiropractor thinking it was my ribs being out. He adjusted me, but the pain has not gone away. It has been constant. I have never had pain like this before. I am wondering if it could be heart pain because it is centered behind my left breast now.

What Causes Persistent Pain In The Left Shoulder?
Hello, Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve of the shoulder. I suggest using anti-inflammatory such as Ibuprofen. I also recommend to do physical therapy and use cool compresses for relief. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
