What Causes Persistent Pain In The Leg And Back Despite Taking Medication?

I have back and leg pain they said I have a nerve condition I had two surgies on my back I have try injections and pain patches different medications I am at a point were I can no longer lay in bed have been sitting up in chair I can only walk about an block I can t stand long I have burning pain from my back down to my leg and feet is there any thing eles besides surgery I can try.

It could be lumber disc prolapse pressing your sciatic nerve or is spinal stenosis ..in both cases you need an MRI lumbar spine
