What Causes Persistent Pain In The Leg Of A Child?

My 11 yr old son has persistent pain in his leg.he has it from the time he wakes in morning until he eventually is able to fall asleep around 11:30 at night.the pain seems to cause tiredness and yesterday he was quite pale around lunch time and had to laydown. our g.p has put him on oxycodone but it doesn t seem to make a difference.

i think pain in one leg should be ten seriously .it should not be ignored under the pretext of tirednessor undernutrition or overstressed overplay etc.please take him to consultant.
