What Causes Persistent Pain In The Right Side Of Chest?

I fell out of bed and landed on my head and right side. I had two large knots on the side of my head near my temple. Other than being tender to the touch, after the first day that did not cause much pain. However, I have a persistent pain below and to the side of my right breast. I have had broken ribs several times and this doesn t feel like that. It hurts to breathe and even to walk. I haven t been to a doctor because I can t afford insurance and I am disabled. Do you have any idea what is causing the pain and what I can do for relief? Thank you

Tab. Diclofenac 50mg three times daily after meals
Tab. Nuberol Forte three times daily after meals
