What Causes Persistent Pain Under The Scrotum?

hi, i am a med student doing my internship in india, my friend complained of pain in the root of the scrotum twice till now, which is dragging type of pain, he couldnt even stand when he is having the pain, he dosent have any urinary symptoms. he also mentioned that he got this pain only when he was sitting in a car. never before that

I understand your concern.
What your friend could be having is infection of the testis or varicocele or may be early stages of inguinal hernia.
Kindly get his scrotal ultrasound done to know what would be the status. Also, kindly consult Surgeon and get him clinically examined and evaluated.
Then accordingly, the treatment can be planned and instituted.
