Hello dear doctor ,, My mom had recently undergone total rectal sectioning and coloanal anastomosis with temporary illustomy , as treatment of t3n0 rectal adenocarcinoma (3 weeks ago the surgery was done) , but till now she is experiencing abdominal and pelvic pain , am wondering if this is normal or no ,, we did ct scan and the results came ( postoperative changes in rectum with adjacent mesentric fat stranding, no abnormal collection ) so plz can u tell me what does that mean exactly , and what could b the cause of pain
