What Causes Persistent Pimples In The Pubic Area Despite Using Diprogenta Cream?

Hello DR. Prasad, I am inquiring concerning pimples on one single place that developed on my pubic area after doing public hair shave. i visited a healthcare facility and undertook test on whether i had contracted STI or any Viral infection and it turned negative. The doctor told me to scrub the pimples since they looked ripe and apply Dinprogenta cream. please advise My main concern is that the wound is not healing up since i visited the hospital on 7 march. Regards.
