General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a benign paroxismal vertigo.

I suggest using betahistine hydrochloride.

I also suggest avoiding salt in the diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
