What Causes Persistent Pressure At The Base Of The Neck?
I ve had persistent pressure at the base of the back of my neck which stretches pretty much across the whole back of my neck. It s most notable when I open my jaw (like when I m eating) or elevate my head. It s a dull feeling, not necessarily overly painful. This has been going on for about a week, getting a little worse.

Hello, As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult a physician and plan for an MRI scan.
