What Causes Persistent Pressure Below The Rib Cage And Back?

I have had a feeling of pressure around my chest (lower part of rib cage) and back for awhile now. It almost feels like I have an inner tube around me. I don t know how else to explain it. It is uncomfortable to sit at times and I have a pain in my side or between my rib cage. I am a female, 47 years old with no real medical issues other than chronic migraine headaches. Any ideas?

Apply warm water bag on affected site.
If not resolved then consult your orthopedic surgeon
