What Causes Persistent Pressure In Head?

Hi. Went on a vacation. Came back felt tired and lightheaded. Checked blood pressure. Was low 103/65. My normal on lisonpril 2.5 was 130/80. Was taking Lipitor for 3 months for cholesterol. I stopped taking all pills for 2 weeks now. Blood pressure running about 120/80 now. Still have problem in head more like pressure. Went to ENT. Said maybe middle ear from plane ride. On a predispose for 4 days better but still. Having pressure. What could this be? I am 48 years old. Always been healthy. Don t smoke, haven t had any alcohol either.
