Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of persistent runny nose with recurring nosebleeds which is due to upper respiratory infection due to poor immunity of your body. The symptoms cn also occur due to allergic reaction side effects of medicine , nasal polyp or sinusitis . I would suggest you to avoid use of spicy, sharp oily and fried food substances. Apply mist humidifiers in room. You should take cough expectorants. You should avoid cold carbonated beverages. You should take combination of antibiotic Levofloxacin along with antihistamine such as Levocetirizine. You should visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get chest x-ray done along with pulmonary function tests done so as to detect level of infection and treatment can be started accordingly. Doctor may also go for nasal endoscopy.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
