Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

There are certain brain related cases a mild symptom (as you said) could be present. But you should consult a neurologist first to confirm it. Anxiety, depression stress etc can also produce symptoms of persistent water flowing head to face. These symptoms are though weird, but are just imagination. Therefore I suggest consulting a neurologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand, Psychologist
