What Causes Persistent Sharp Pain In Ear?

Hi my right ear has been paining me everyday sines four weeks now it fist started with a gush of wind coming out of that ear that I could hear loud n it pained while it was happening since then I have sharp ear pain couple times a day can u tell me what s up with my ear I can Olso sometimes hear my jaw when eating too maybe it s related please reply me way I should do many thanks
