What Causes Persistent Sore Throat And Nasal Congestion?
Hi, I have been sick, on and off, for the last few months. Normal symptoms are a sore throat followed by congestion. I have been unable to get rid of my congestion in my nose and am often clearing my throat. I have tried nasal sprays, a steroid pill, a z pack, and my congestion has gotten slightly better but still has not cleared. I also three swollen lymph nodes that appeared about two months ago. I went to an ENT doctor, but at the time my symptoms were not severe, and they were unable to diagnose me. Any thoughts on next steps?

There can be various causes like chronic allergy, deviated nasal septum, hpogammaglobulinemia, etc. A detailed evaluation is required by internal medicine expert. Nothing to worry. All of these are treatable.
