What Causes Persistent Sore Throat, Painful Ears, Headache And Fever?

hey just trying to find out what may be wrong with me been sick for the past few days sore throat and a feeling of a lump in it with minor ear pain I get the feeling of air coming into my ear to the point of what feels like the lump also have what seems as a high fever when I wake up have not been able to check it tho fever comes with sweating and body aches centering on the middle to lower back to top it all off have a very painful pounding headache that radiates to my eyes

Hi,

Fever with sweating, sore throat with painful ear and headache might be related to upper respiratory tract infection or inflammation like pharyngitis, otitis media or sinusitis. I would advise you for a battery of investigation to establish an exact diagnosis like CBC, ESR, liver function test, x-ray, PNS or x-ray chest.

In my opinion you may require a course of antibiotics like amoxyclav or azithromycin group of drugs under medical supervision.Meanwhile you should do warm saline gargling and steam inhalation. Paracetamol is advisable for symptomatic relief for headache and fever.
