Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
According to your symptoms you should have sore throat due to bacterial infection. Difficulty in swallowing is a common feature of this problem. Normally Z-pak or azithromycin taken for 5 days should be enough to treat such infection.
As the condition is re-occuring after a 5 day course of azithromycin. You should do warm saline gargles for 3-4 times a day. taking more dose of azithromycin is not advised.
You should consult your ENT doctor, as this might be tonsillitis or any other more serious infection. An culture test of throat swab may be needed to know which antibiotic should be given to you.

Refer to a ENT specialist

Hope this information helps
