What Causes Persistent Stomach Pain And Painful Menstruation In A Teenager?
I am an 18 female. I have had stomach pains for the 3 months along with sudden urges to go to the bathroom and painful stomach cramps before passing gas. I also have EXTREMELY painful period cramps even though I have been on birth control for over a year. I went to the doctor 2 months ago and they took an abdominal ultrasound and a vaginal ultrasound but everything came back normal. What should I do now.

I would suggest for urine test with culture & sensitivity & deep vaginal swab test to find bladder or pelvic inflammation. Above tests would help for specific treatment &relief. Please consult a physician/gynecologist.
