What Causes Persistent Stomach Pain With Excessive Salivation?

Hello, Since a month I ve been suffering from persistent stomach pains with excessive salivation as soon as my stomach is empty. I already had this problem from couple of year. Yes i am going through excess stress Any ideas? I m exhausted and can t live a normal life. Thanks for any feedback.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to dyspepsia along with excessive acid secretion and it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day for the stomach Tab Dicyclomine can be added, hope this information helps.
