What Causes Persistent Strain In Pelvic Area And Penis?

I ve had a strain in pelvic/penis area since June. Seen many doctors/urologist. Had MRI showing nothing. No one even knows for sure if it s a strain. But it occurred after doing difficult squats. Lots of pain. Inflammation in pelvis area. And the crevice above penis shaft is very sucked in and very painful. Feels like razor blades in upper pelvis. Urologist says it all looks normal. I can t walk without aggravating it and it s not healing after 7 months. Being driven mad. Hurts just sitting here and don t know what to do Thank You for any help. I have no hernia also. They checked

Regarding your persistent strain that hurts at pelvis and penile area that is aggravated when sitting with no improvement on treatment I will suggest that you have developed chronic prostatitis

In view of this please do a serum PSA and prostate scan to confirm the above condition

Meanwhile please take the following Tablet neurobion cymbalta feldene and schedule an appointment with another urologist specialist for expert management
