What Causes Persistent Swelling In The Ankle With Twitching Around The Thigh?
Hi, I have a constant swelling around my lower right ankle. tt really is not painful; however the twitching that runs up my right thigh is a little uncomfortable. The twitching causes my knee to have a sudden reflex down to my knee. Please advise.Thanks

Unilateral swelling and itching around the ankle could be due to varicose veins or DVT (Deep vein thrombosis). You need clinical examination and investigations accordingly.
