Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your toddler have symptoms of cold and running nose which seems to be due to viral infection or flu. It could be due to poor immunity of body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take paracetamol every 6 hrly to lower down fever. Do tepid sponging as well. You should avoid intake of spicy, hot and sharp food substances. You should take proper course of antibiotic Ciprofloxacin along with antiallergic medication Sinarest. You should do warm saline gargles on daily basis. Visit pediatrician once and get it examined and start treatment after proper examination. You should go for complete blood test examination. You should drink plenty of fluids. Doctor may prescribe antiviral like acyclovir or antibacterial along with decongestant and expectorant .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
