Hello,

You had chicken fried served with fire, now you are having pain throat and difficulty in swallowing saliva. You have not mentioned if you have chicken bone stuck in your throat that is causing you discomfort, if it is so take small pieces of dry bread, chew little. Slowly the bone will dislodge when you swallow. Take sips of water to flush out your throat. Eating rice, potato or banana can also help remove a foreign body. Cough forcefully.

If none of these suggestions work, seek medical help immediately as it may cause serious medical emergency due to choking. Other causes of such symptoms are inflammation of the mouth, throat, or esophagus caused by eating hot and spicy chicken recipe, infection (cold, strep throat, flu).

Get clinically examined by a GP/ ENT to rule out tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, or esophagitis. You will be treated accordingly. Take liquid diet, cold ( at room temperature) like watery oats, plain custard, porridge, etc. Take honey or marsh mallow to smoothen your throat. Gargle with plain water.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
