ENT Specialist 's  Response
HI,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
As an ENT surgeon, i have seen many patients with similar presentation, where they must have undergone all investigations.
In your case i recommend an orthopentogram to rule out elongated styloid process causing throat pain.

If the styloid process is abnormally elongated, then you might need an excision.

Hope i have answered your question, If you have any questions, i am happy to help you.

Regards,

Dr Paparaja S. MBBS, MS
