What Causes Persistent Throbbing Sensation In Anal Region?

I ve had this burning/throbbing sensation in my anus for about 5 weeks now more so after I have a bowel movement (which has been irregular for me for 5 weeks.) I ve had dizzy spells quite often, especially on the toilet, sometimes off of the toilet. It has been bleeding, I have found blood streaks in my stool. I have been to the doctors, week one they told me it was a viral bug and piles, and gave me the correct treatment for piles. I followed the instructions for one week. I went back no better and was diagnosed with IBS, I was then given treatment for IBS. I m still here with a throbbing anus, dizzy/fainting spells with wicked abdominal pain and weird bathroom habbits! Suggestions?
