I keep getting wrist problems it feels like a throbbing sensation all the time as if someone has held my wrist tight for a long time and when I try to bend it and move it opening things of lifting or bending it back and forward I get really sharp agonising pain what is it

The patient age,profession , h/o injury ,other history of joint pains not known--> Still commonest causes could be:
-Stenosing Tenosynovitis
-Carpel Tunnel Syndrome-> Common among Computer users.
-Osteoporosis
-Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Get investigations:
-XRay Wrist joint AP/Lat
-Complete Blood Examination with ESR
-Vit D assessment , Serum Calcium
-RA Factor
-Electrodiagnostic Testing for Median/Ulner Nerve conduction.
-DEXA
