What Causes Persistent Tightness In Chest Area?

I had chest pain and to be safe I went to ER. Was not sure if it was heart issues or acid reflux. I was admitted and had a chemical stress test which was negative. I also had the Mynx femoral artery test which was negative. I take Celebrex for o arthritis I still have tightness in chest area. What dr should I go to now? Thanks

celebrex produces following side effects
chest pain
tightness in chest
slurred speech
black or bloody stool
vision or balance disturbance
coughing up blood
skin rashes
it may cause heart or circulation problems like heart attack or stroke if you use it for long run
so please consult your doctor for moderation of doses or change of medicines
