What Causes Persistent Twitching In Legs And Muscle Spasms While Having Parkinson S?

What can I do for my legs twitching and my muscles spasm all the time. I have Parkinsons, I am on Sifrol ER3 mg, Azilext 1mg and Madopar. I have take a magnesium tablet and rubbed magnesium oil into my legs. I didn t sleep at all last night and I fear that is going to happen again as it is worse tonight
