General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
Incomplete data like age, gender, sexual contact, any history of diabetes or prostate problem, and the duration of the symptoms.

The symptoms described in your query are suggestive of urinary tract infection (urethritis).

You can visit ER for proper evaluation which may include a urine examination and other lab tests to confirm the diagnosis.

An appropriate course of antibiotic like tab Norfloxacin 400 mg twice daily for 3-5 days along with Syrup potassium citrate will be effective if there is uncomplicated urine infection.

Meanwhile take plenty of oral fluids, juices, etc.

Hope this answers your query
