Do you know what could be wrong? I know it s not my period as I am on the pill and half way through my packet. Thank you.

Hello,

Bleeding PV after injury may be not related to injury unless you developed trauma to urinary bladder or vaginal mucosa.

In blunt trauma you may prone to develop liver and spleen injury.

Get it done ultrasound abdomen then you may come to know.

Present bleeding may be due to fibroids or side effects to ocp or it may be due to PID or vaginal mucosal abrasion or dub.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
