What Causes Persistent Vaginal Bleeding Along With Headache And Breast Tenderness?

I am 53 and have been having slightly bloody watery discharge for the passed 2 weeks, since my period was due, but no period has started, discharge is slightly heavier after sex, I have also got frequent headaches breast tenderness and forgetfulness, periods became more irregular over last 6 months do you think it is perimenapause or lowering levels of progesterone causing watery bloody discharge

By reading your complains carefully and looking at your age ,this is something you need to give attention immediately.

I strongly recommend you to meet nearby Gynaecologist to get your per vaginal examination, breast examination and blood pressure.

In such cases, I generally do
S. Prolactin and ultra TSH, S. FSH( Blood tests)
USG BREAST ( sonography)
PAP SMEAR.
