What Causes Persistent Vaginal Bleeding While On Ava30?

Hey, about two weeks ago I had my period but just before that I went to the doctor because I had a urine infection and I took two days worth of the infection pills and then once the infection was gone I got my period and as I got my period I thought it was a good time to start my ava30 birth control pills, and once my period had stopped everything was fine but a few days later I was sitting on the toilet and a clump of blood came out and ever since I ve been bleeding a little it s not as heavy as a period, and the other day I noticed a lump but yesterday it was bleeding and now it s gone. Please help, what s wrong with me
