What Causes Persistent Vomiting Along With Chest Pain?

Doctor, My niece had some problem. For the past week every night to morning, she gets vomiting and having pain in chest area. Could not eat anything. Even if she drinks even water gets vomited. Checked CT scan, endoscopy also. No problem. Dr. Feels she is having psychological problem. This is second time she gets this problem. Two years ago she got the same problem. She said she is having some fear but not clear. What to do to treat her. Whether to see psychologist or psychiatrist. Please clear Sir. Thank you.
