What Causes Persistent Vomiting And Diarrhea Despite Taking Antibiotics?

I have been sick for almost a week now, it started with a migraine and bloody nose. i had a cat scan w/out dye and it showed nothing. my joints started to hurt and I started throwing up and having diarrhea. we nt to primary they took all kinds of blood. not an enzyme problem. they think a parasite, on antibiotics but still throwing up and diarrhea.

Hello dear. It seems you have a viral intestinal infection thats why antibiotics arent working. It is better to do a coproculture in order to see what couses this diarrhea. While the ache of joints I thing comes from overall not well being. Please stay hydrated and rest. Best regards.
