What Causes Persistent Vomiting And Weight Loss?

Hello
my boyfriend has been throwing up for 3 months now he has lost 51 pounds in the mist of it all. at first I thought maybe gall bladder then he started vomiting and no more gall bladder pain. i also heard a brain tumor will do the same. is that ture?

Well come to HCM
Yes brain lesion could cause the vomiting but this is always has associated symptom like severe headache, convulsion, alter sensorium, here these are absent so brain lesion being ruled out here, now such vomiting could be due to Alimentary system disorders and this need to be investigated, take care.
