What Causes Persistent Vomiting With Foul Smell And Severe Diarrhea?

I have suffered for the past two years of constant vomiting with a vial odour it smells like something has died inside me with sever diarrhoea every four to five months can you explain why my doc just overlooks it saying it is part of my vertigo symptoms

thanks for your question on HCM
if such a case comes to me in my clinic
i would advise him to go for an endoscopy
it could be because of indigestion also
maintain a good oral hygiene
Take some enzymes preparation for good digestion
Have plenty of oral fluids
