What Causes Persistent Watery Eyes With Runny Nose?

hi my name is michelle i have a 8 month old daughter and i am worried about her because she has had watery eyes non-stop and very bad runny nose since yesterday. i have given her tylenol but it doesnt seem to help. we kno its not her tewthing because we seen how she was when she had her teeth come in. she has been sleeping alot and when she was teething she was calm and awake but now she is cranky all the time and sleeping. she has no fever though. i tried to give her a bath but it doesnt seem to be working. im scared and nervous. can you please help me?
