What Causes Persistent Weakness, Cold Sensations In The Body And Nausea?

I have had 5 days of feeling weak, feeling the cold, nausea a lot of the time & occasional shakiness.I have had no fever and have low normal blood pressure. I have also had months of frequent loose bowel actions abdominal bloating and excess belching. I am 59 years old. I do not have any other illnesses (no diabetes, normal thyroid, normal lungs, no asthma, etc.)

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I recommend to use Acetaminophen for the fever. I also recommend title keep airy probiotics. I suggest eat a healthy diet and rest.
