What Causes Persistent Wrist Swelling And Pain After Treatment For Fracture?

hi, i fell on my wrist 3months ago,i had an x-ray and mri scan in plaster for six weeks after this time i was told there was nothing wrong, that was six weeks ago i am now still in pain and still have swelling, dont know what to do the doctor's have told me to get on with it, can u help
